Measures to improve the thickness of steel pipe wall.

The control of steel pipe wall thickness is a difficult point in the production of steel pipe. The measures to improve the wall thickness precision in production mainly include the following aspects:

1. Tube billet heating

The heating should be uniform, and the rapid lifting temperature is forbidden. The temperature should be kept steady and slow, the maximum lifting temperature should not exceed 30.

2. Centering roller

Determine whether the installation of centering roller is in place, adjust the center, opening Angle and the opening size of each movement, and the center of the core roller should be on the rolling line.

3. Rolling center line.

Ensure that the center line of the perforating machine is in line with the center line of the perforated trolley, avoid "rolling" or "rolling", so that the tube is kept in uniform force when perforating.

4. Rolling tools.

For the worn head, guide plate, roll and other rolling tools should be replaced in time.

5. Rolling tool installation.

The center of the roll distance and guide distance must be on the rolling line. Ensure that the center line of the guide distance and the roll distance is on the center line of the perforated rolling center, that is, the upper and lower rollers are equal, and the guide distance is equal.

6. Punch pin

Perforated plunger, generally choose outside diameter for 108 mm - 114 mm Φ Φ, wall thickness of 25 mm and wall thickness uniformity or thick wall pipe.

7. Rolling mandrel.

The core rod should be made of thick wall pipe with thick wall thickness. For smaller core bars, solid billet can be used instead. The thickness of thick wall tube and solid billet can greatly reduce the probability of bending and deformation of the core rod, which can effectively improve the wall thickness precision of the steel tube.

8. Precision of the mandrel.

The length of the core rod is relatively large, and it is generally used to break the welding of the hole, or adopt the long material direct turning. The external machining accuracy of the mandrel is controlled at plus or minus 0.1mm, and the straightness deviation of the core rod is not more than 5mm. During welding, a finishing pin is inserted between the two core bars to locate, so that the total straightness deviation caused by welding is too large.

9. Perfect technology

Improve the process to prevent the middle laminar and thickening of the wall to increase the control range of the situation, improve the wall thickness accuracy.
